Free Private Ads
Place as many private ads as you wish by phone, fax, post or e-mail for free by the 5pm Wednesday deadline.  These ads run for one week at a time, call again to renew your ads.

Ads for the same item are placed in one section of the paper and in one column only (plus the swap or buy columns if applicable).  There is a 20 word limit on all text ads.

Community groups can take advantage of our offer of free advertising.  Sell Buy Swap will publish up to 5 ads for non profit community groups in each issue of the paper.  Ads are also limited to 20 words each and can be spread throughout the paper.

Advertisers offering services, the same type of product often, or appear to be operating as a business are considered commercial and will be charged at commercial highlighted rates. Personal type ads will not be published.

Highlighted/Commercial Ads
Highlighted or commercial ads cost $4.00 + GST per week per ad -  they run in any classified column of your choice.  Minimum placement of 2 insertions (either different ads or columns) in the same week or the same ad in two consecutive weeks.  For 14 or more highlighted ads or more than 8 non-highlighted ads in the same issue see our money saving Multi Ad Packages.

Multi Ads
Non-Highlighted:  For $29 + GST you can place up to 20 ads within the same issue of the paper with no highlighting.  Additional ads are charged at $1.45 + GST each and we'll post you a free copy of the paper containing your ads.

Highlighted:  For $49 + GST you can place up to 20 highlighted ads within the same issue of the paper.  Additional ads are charged at $2.45 + GST each.  Once again we'll post you a free copy of the paper containing your ads.

Fax your ads to reach us by 12 noon Tuesday for publication on Thursday.  Ads are limited to 20 words per ad.

In-Line Graphics
In-Line classifieds are: less than 6cm - $15.00 + GST per ad; less than 8cm - $18 + GST per ad. These one column wide ads are in the designated column and include a photo/graphic supplied by you along with your text (20 words max).

AdShots
Place your free or commercial advert in the paper and for no extra cost place your photo on our website. Buyers can then go to www.sellbuyswap.co.nz and view the item you are advertising.

Display Advertising
Get visual impact with a display ad, we have rates and options available to suit your advertising budget. The display ad deadline is 12 noon Tuesday although often we can accept ads later than the deadline - please ask.

Payment
Advertising totalling less than $25 + GST per calendar month must be prepaid by cheque, internet banking or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) when the advertising is placed.  Please have your credit card details handy when you phone, alternatively post your adverts to PO Box 273, Picton 7250 with your cheque or credit card details (name on card, card number and expiry date) or contact us for our bank account details.

Advertisers spending over $25 + GST per calendar month can either prepay or receive a monthly invoice due for payment within 7 days.

If you spend over $25 + GST on advertising in any issue of Sell Buy Swap then we’ll post you a complimentary copy of the paper that contains your ads.

Please note payment is to be settled within 7 days following invoice unless prior arrangements have been made with the Manager of Sell Buy Swap. Unpaid accounts will be liable for all recovery and collection expenses. No claim for adjustment will be recognized after the due date for payment. All advertising will be charged according to the size and placing ordered and allocated.
